The staff were really friendly and welcoming. The hotel lobby, rooms, and garden are beautiful, with lovely spaces to stroll around, paint, and take pictures. The room was spacious and generally comfortable. Breakfast was nice and varied, with a good selection that even included fresh vegetables. The breakfast staff were also very kind and welcoming. The location is also very convenient, especially if you're visiting for a football match. The hotel is nicely situated between the city center and San Siro Stadium. We actually walked back from the stadium after the game and found it very manageable. There's also a metro station right next to the hotel, making it very easy to get to the city center. On our first night, we noticed that some parts of the bedsheets weren't as clean as they could have been. On our last night, the AC wouldn't cool the room below 25°C, making it quite hot. We opened a window for fresh air, but mosquitoes came in. Insect screens on the windows would be a good addition. Also, some of the outdoor chairs had bird droppings on them, particularly in the afternoon
