La Maison Jules

“A lovely B&B with an excellent location”

This is a lovely bed and breakfast in a beautiful historic villa very close to the train station and the tourism office of Tours from where the daily tours to the castles of Loire Valley leave. The host is extremely gracious and congenial. Our room was spacious, had hardwood floors and many amenities including a state-of-the-art shower. The breakfast was good, and although some people may find it a bit pricey, all things considered, we would highly recommend it

I've always wanted to stay in a proper urban French home and La Maison Jules was it. Behind the subtle exterior door lies a charming, sophisticated B&B that was well appointment, chic, warm, and well located in Tours. That I only had one night to stay there

“Really enjoyable”

We had a great stay; our hostess Alexandra was incredibly helpful with suggestions for sights, bars, and restaurants in Tours, and the house was beautiful and spotless. The breakfast was also highly recommended. The only thing we missed was air‑conditioning in the room, though we understand that our visit fell during an unusually hot period.
