“Great place to stay and great amenities like the pool and bar”

The staff were helpful, the room was spotless, and the price was good, yet nightly construction across the road and the need to cross two very busy streets to reach the old quarter/Hanoi center were annoying.

The staff’s welcome and the gym were great, though everything wasn’t always very clean; breakfast was decent but had limited options beyond local offerings.

“Top Hotel zum freundlichen Preis mit super Frühstück und großartigem Service”

Das war in dieser Preiskategorie das beste Hotel in dem wir seit Jahren gewohnt haben . Das Personal ist super freundlich und es wird wirklich alles versucht um einen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen . Wir bekamen ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein größeres Familienzimmer mit super Ausstattung . Danke noch einmal alleine dafür . Das Frühstück ist super und abwechslungsreich das kann sich so manche 5 Sterne Unterkunft noch etwas abschauen . Alles in allem wirklich top . Das Hotel liegt ungefähr 800 Meter von der Oper in Hanoi entfernt und in das alte Stadtviertel sind es gut 1.5 Kilometer . Leider ist man auf Grund des chaotischem Verkehrs in Hanoi aus Sicherheitsgründen fast auf ein Taxi angewiesen .Das kostet zwar nicht viel ist aber meistens mit längeren Wartezeiten verbunden. Aber dafür kann man dem Hotel keine Verantwortung übertragen
