Excellent reception and a beautiful setting. On the sanitary side, I have a reservation: the bathtub is high and will not be accessible to an elderly person. There is no shower curtain, which is dangerous when exiting the very high bathtub. It is clearly hazardous. The under‑bed area is moderately maintained.

The quietness, privacy, quality, and friendliness of the staff, the interior décor, and the well‑maintained garden made for a very pleasant experience. The only issue was the lack of a non‑slip mat in the bathtub, which could cause falls for elderly guests.

My son and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at Chateau Ormes de Pez; the room was spacious, had windows on two sides, and looked out over the vineyards. We ate excellent breakfasts each morning and took advantage of the nice pool to cool off in early August. The hosts were very welcoming and let us use their fridge for our food. We also joined a wine‑tasting and tour at Chateau Lynch Bages, which was all in English and well organized. One rainy morning we played French Monopoly in the living area, feeling right at home. St Estephe is a charming nearby village worth visiting. The only remark is that this was a beautiful stay!

The property is beautiful, the room is spacious and comfortable, and the hosts are lovely. It might feel a bit remote, but otherwise it's fine.

We were warmly welcomed by the host. The accommodation is quiet and idyllic, with a parking spot right in front of the house. The garden invites you to linger, and there’s an outdoor pool with loungers. Rooms have air‑conditioning and comfortable beds. A delicious breakfast is served each morning, and we’re allowed to use the kitchen, especially the fridge. The host invited us to visit the wine production at Chateau Lynch Bages, which was great! Nothing to complain about.
