The hotel didn’t serve breakfast during my stay, so I bought it at the excellent on‑site restaurant. The service there was great, but when I arrived at reception at 12 pm I had to wait until 3 pm for my room key.

I booked through Booking and had my card on file for payment, but they cancelled my reservation and charged me almost $300 extra for the stay. I wish they had kept the booking intact.
