Het parkeren was erg makkelijk en vriendelijk personeel. Helaas viel het verblijf behoorlijk tegen, zeker gezien de prijs. Het tweepersoonsbed bestond uit twee eenpersoonsbedden die tegen elkaar waren geschoven. Daardoor zat er een duidelijke gleuf in het midden en lag het bed niet comfortabel. Daarnaast was de wifi-verbinding erg slecht en werkte de televisie op de slaapkamer niet. Het zitje buiten stelde ook weinig voor: wanneer je daar zat, keek je rechtstreeks tegen een muur aan. Ook het gebruik van de sportfaciliteiten was omslachtig. Je moet vooraf reserveren en op dinsdagochtend was de receptie gesloten, waardoor ik niet kon reserveren. Uiteindelijk kon ik pas vanaf 12.00 uur sporten. Al met al vind ik de prijs absoluut niet in verhouding tot wat je ervoor krijgt. Voor dit bedrag had ik aanzienlijk meer comfort en service verwacht

Cottage was really well equipped, with various small freebies (coffee pods, dishwasher tablets) etc that were really useful. Staff went above and beyond- universally friendly and helpful. Nightly tourism suggestions posted through the door were great. Children’s entertainment was low-key but great (particularly Mark’s Ark with various exotic animals in an intimate space). Pools both in good order and temperature. The main double bed could have been a bit more comfortable. But only a minor comment as it was otherwise excellent

Wonderful quiet location in a picturesque spot. Facilities from the pools to the park and restaurant were excellent. Nothing bad at all

Lovely and spacious cottage which was the best we’d come across in terms of equipment, things we might need and little touches like arrival and departure gifts. Great location and relaxed atmosphere, still feeling very quiet despite high season. Both indoor and outdoor pools were great and also very quiet and easy to use. Nothing
