“Relax in famiglia”

The property is welcoming, though some areas feel a bit dated, but overall well maintained. The thermal water, especially the outdoor pool, is a dream. The kitchen is excellent. The services were expensive; to access the spa you have to pay extra, and in the room you’re given only one welcome kit. In the shower there’s just one bottle of shampoo/shower, no slippers, and only two water bottles as a welcome. In the pool the entrance/exit was quite cold, and the bathrobes aren’t changed daily.

The scenery around the thermal pool was beautiful. The confusion in the corridors, restaurant, and thermal pools was terrible—continuous shouting, splashing, adults and many children diving and splashing as if it were a public pool. Absolutely unacceptable for a place that should offer peace and relaxation, especially when it even displays signs inviting silence. Those signs are useless and nobody follows them; it would be better to remove them.

Breakfast was very one‑dimensional. The selection was very limited.

The pool and spa were good. The room had extremely uncomfortable bed and pillows and the temperature inside was too high.
