“Very uncomfortable bed”

I could feel the springs in the bed when I lay on it, the bed was really low, and there was no room to walk around in the shower or bathroom or around the bed; the sink was tiny, barely enough for a toothbrush.

The location was excellent, rooms spacious and comfortable, but a window in the basement family room didn’t lock properly from the inside, posing a potential safety issue as it could be accessed from the back street; rooms could use a bit of TLC and there was a lot of clutter in the walkways leading to the rooms.

“Basic accommodation with no frills. Good location”

It’s central and you don’t have to leave the room until 12 noon; the double is very small and basic, needing decoration and updating.

Convenient for amenities. Rooms were shabby and nothing like pictures . Staff were less than helpful

“Terrible hotel, would not stay again”

The location was fine, but the property wasn’t as advertised – it was damp and filthy, and the staff seemed uncaring. Windows and doors didn’t fit properly in their frames.
