“Beautiful resort hotel but at a price”

The location and hotel are beautiful, the cover is nice and clean, and the restaurant staff are very friendly, but most facilities are chargeable and the rates are not cheap.

The place and the comfort of the rooms are good, but there’s no dining area except for private chain restaurants, no breakfast, the pool is paid for guests, and you must also pay for shoes, towels, and loungers—totally scandalous. Despite the luxury and beautiful location, the hotel lacks charm and coherence and is very tasteless in some areas. There’s no breakfast or lounge area. For 200 million, it’s truly a disappointment. It claims to be luxurious but falls far below many ranges. The staff are everywhere but don’t understand guests’ needs. When I booked, I received no communication from the hotel to prepare my arrival, which is simply scandalous for the price.

The view from the hotel is great, but the food prices are quite high and the place is isolated, making it hard to find nearby restaurants.

“좋은거반 아쉬운거 반!”

The facilities are clean and the sauna was good, and the room‑service food was tasty. I was disappointed that because check‑in was late I was assigned to the lowest floor and couldn’t get the view I paid for. Also, there was some noise from upper‑floor guests running around late at night.
