Breakfast is fine; the adjacent restaurant is worth trying—its menu isn’t very rich but well‑cooked with quality ingredients and a fair price. There are still parts of the exterior structure that need fixing.

The location was convenient and the staff were friendly, but the elevator was broken and they didn’t warn us, so my elderly mother had to climb the stairs, which was very difficult. Luckily they switched our room and we moved to the first floor instead of the second. If we’d known about the elevator’s condition—an essential factor for us—we would have cancelled the booking.

The breakfast was very good. Nothing to add.

A great choice for accessing the highway and Venice, a quiet spot, beautiful and tidy, even the town of Dolo is lovely.

The place looked lovely and the room was very spacious. The staff were very nice. It was ideally located for the Venice marathon departure (5 km) and the breakfast schedule was adapted well. The shower was very narrow and you had to go outside to get to breakfast, but those are very minor details!
