The rooms were immaculate and the staff were helpful, yet both the rooms and the bathrooms felt too small.

Cleanliness is ok. 1. Customers expect when we enter the property do welcome. Here no welcome. This is optional it's ok. However, reception must send room boy or anybody with us to show the route and room. Here i disappointed. 2. When we enter the room, it's smelly. No refreshner or they have to make the room ready. And Aircon is not given cooling. I called the maintenance guy and he came and open the damper and remove the filter which is full of dust. 3. And the TV is not working, Wifi is not connecting, plug point is not working properly. Overall disappointed

The room was dirty when I checked in, Wi‑Fi was non‑functional, the menu was overpriced, the space was cramped, and I had to request towels because they weren’t there.
