Very cozy, clean small room with a direct alpine view from the balcony. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We’ll come back gladly!

“Beautiful views, fantastic hosts, comfortable lodging, easy walk down the street to the Platz.”

We caught a room that offered a spectacular view of the mountains, including the Zugspitze. Every morning the bright dining room served a wonderful breakfast, and in the evenings drinks were available along with an outdoor area; although we didn’t order it, the apfelstrudel looked amazing. Right across the street lies the trail that leads into the woods, which can be walked to town or connected to the extensive trail network, and it’s especially fun at night with a “witchy” but not scary vibe. We would stay again without hesitation. The bathroom was a little strange because it’s encased in plastic walls instead of regular flooring and wall material; it wasn’t that we disliked it, just odd for such a cool lodging. I’m not sure if all rooms are like that, but I imagine there’s a good reason.
