The location is good, quiet yet central in the atmospheric Barrio Santa Cruce, and the courtyard looks nice; the reception is open 24 hours. The single room feels like a cell with almost no natural light, the bathroom/shower lacks ventilation, everything is sparse, and if the night was warm the only ventilation was the noisy air‑conditioner or an open window that let you hear a neighbor snoring.

“Lugar otimo, mas achei o preço caro.”

The location is spot‑on, the bed is comfy, the room stays spotless, and the staff are attentive. If you’re arriving by Uber or taxi, you can’t park right in front of the hotel because it’s a square that cars can’t enter; there’s a nearby spot where you can drop off your luggage, but that’s it. What bothered us was the shower cubicle – it’s tiny, has a curtain, and the drain is sluggish, so water dribbles out. Aside from that, the place is great.

“Emplacement au top 👌”

The hyper‑positive point is the ideal spot right in the heart of Seville, in the charming little streets halfway between the cathedral and Plaza de España. The hotel staff are genuinely friendly, caring, and attentive. The downside is the soundproofing: an English guest was yelling a cable at 5 am because she realized she hadn’t called a taxi, and the whole hotel fell victim to her whim. The street noise is also loud, so you can’t expect the calm you’d find out in the countryside while staying in the city center.
