Our stay in Dialog Kokhta was truly wonderful. Everything from the room’s cleanliness and comfort to the friendly, helpful staff—especially Giorgi, who always attended to our needs—was excellent. The atmosphere was lovely and everything met our expectations. A special thank you to the hotel team for surprising us with a lovely birthday cake for my boyfriend’s birthday; that cute gesture made our stay even more special! The only downside was that the restaurant closed early because it was off‑season, so we couldn’t use it.

I took an excellent, tidy suite and the breakfast was varied. The location was just a bit far from the main attractions; if you need something special at night, it’s dark and the only thing open nearby is a supermarket.

The hotel is very good, a bit off‑center from the city, well organized and pleasant, with friendly and helpful staff. The services and breakfast are excellent.

“Enjoying nature at 1800m above sea level”

The location, facilities, and ample space in the studio with a kitchenette were excellent, especially since most cafés are closed in off‑season; the furniture, linens, and kitchen supplies were all fresh and new, and breakfast was adequate and pleasantly included. I hardly have anything to criticize—clean, comfy bed, plenty of sunshine, and clean air at 1800 m altitude made it lovely.
