The cleaning was great.

I appreciated the cleanliness and the proximity to Lisbon’s tourist spots. Some guests don’t respect quiet hours, smoke on balconies, and the cigarette smell lingers. One night, someone tried to open our door while we were sleeping but couldn’t.

I really liked the rooms—they’re bright and the bathrooms stayed spotless. The location is fantastic, close to everything and about a 15‑minute walk to the city center. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The reception could use better signage, and because the kitchen is shared, sometimes food disappears, so that area could be improved.
