The photos were accurate, and the gated patio looked nice. However, the internet didn’t work, and when I reported it, the hosts denied any issue. The reception desk was empty when I needed assistance, and they requested a 50 MYR deposit but no one was there to return it when I checked out.

The place is clean and quiet. The problem is that there is never anyone at the frontera desk, which is crucial when you have reservations with set schedules.

Kebersihan sangat memuaskan, lokasi yang tenang. Suasana seperti berada di kediaman sendiri

I had a good experience overall, with both the positives and negatives balanced.
