The location is near Lions Rock and the staff were quite helpful. Gives you jungle vibes. The bathroom was infested with insects, the toilet wouldn’t flush, and the hotel offered no dinner service, leaving us without a convenient dining option. The water in the swimming pool was also not good.

In our three‑week trip around Sri Lanka, the hotel where we felt most comfortable. A place with soul. Danu, the guy who’s there and takes care of you, ended up becoming our friend. A greeting and thanks for everything. Everything in order.

I was disappointed that there was no mosquito net, even though it was needed.

The spot was spot-on, and the staff were super helpful and friendly. I did wish the breakfast had more Indian dishes; the western spread felt a bit lacking from my perspective.
