The mineral pool was very comfortable, but the welcome plate for the cake was not cleaned properly and still had old cake residue on it.

The private onsen in the room was wonderful. We were celebrating our anniversary and asked if we could add a special decoration to surprise my partner, and they did it without charging us. It was an experience. However, one of the services I paid for in advance was charged twice because I remembered it, which was an issue.

Everything was splendid: the room, the grounds, the staff, and the restaurants. The resort is luxurious and lives up to that expectation. The onsen was too busy with non‑hotel guests in the morning; it’s better for guests to use it in the afternoon and evening when it’s less crowded.

It was quiet and relaxing. The red umbrella that was provided in the room was lovely, and the staff were very good. The breakfast on the second day was almost the same as the first.

Breakfast was very generous. The room was gorgeous with a private onsen and sauna. The bed was huge and super comfy. A truly relaxing spot. The Genji restaurant was great… the tempura was delicious! Too crowded, though.
