The hotel included a hot‑spring pass; the onsen was very good, and there’s a restaurant on site where you can stay after soaking and eat right there.

The location along the national highway is very convenient if you’re using a car, and a convenience store is right next door, which is handy. I had no problems, but the lack of an elevator might not suit people with weak legs.

I was disappointed because the rain made me wish there were indoor passages to the hot springs.

The staff were friendly, the baths, sauna, and open-air hot spring were all great and could be used as many times as I wanted, the surrounding area was natural with a river right in front, and the breakfast was good. However, the walls seemed thin, a child next door kept making noise and it never stopped, so it was annoying.
