The price is somewhat good compared to the service; the location and lack of room insulation are issues.

The reception staff are top in terms of ethics and taste, with Hossam Hassan, Mahmoud, Ezz, and Balman Rajab—God bless him—helpful and kind; Yuhya, the hotel is clean, and the place is nice next to everything.
