The park’s location is great, close to the Assen Crossroad festival theater and other nice nature walks, perfect for walking a dog. It’s also near a beautiful golf course. The beds were uncomfortable and left me with back pain. Parking a large car in the house was harder this time than at the houses on the park’s edge.

The spot is convenient for heading to the Assen Race Circuit, and the staff communication from start to finish was excellent. The site is peaceful with plenty of space and outdoor seating at the accommodation, which was nice for a morning coffee. The place was meant for 7 people with 2 bathrooms, yet there was only one toilet roll shared between both bathrooms, which felt odd. The kitchen lacked a cooker, so the cooking appliances were subpar. We had to make our own beds or pay 9 € per bed for them to be made, something I’ve never encountered before, and we had to rent towels again, which was unusual for me.

Great location for us as we were at TT Circuit. Front barrier would not open for our car all weekend although we were told twice that our registration number was registered, we arrived back 6.30pm on Saturday evening & the staff member in the restaurant told me she could not open the barrier so i would have to park in the reception car park & walk with my children in the rain to my chalet, we were not impressed. We will not return next year due to this as her unhelpfulness ruined what was a good stay

Everything was fine, except a cooker and toaster would have made it perfect—especially the toaster. The microwave just didn’t cut it.
