Rooms, spread between the main building and guest houses, feature cable TV and private bathrooms. The hotel is a base for walks and bike rides along the River Elbe and through Treppenviertel. Iserbrook S-Bahn station is a 10-minute walk, with direct trains to Reeperbahn and Hamburg Central Station.

Nothing special at all. An old hotel where nothing big is being done; many things I can't even list.

The process was straightforward and clear, and the staff were skilled. The TV could be newer and higher quality, and the room temperature should be a few degrees higher.
