“Deixou muito a desejar”
The bed was in a miserable condition because the mattress sagged in the middle and the sheets never changed. Communication with the management services was nonexistent.

I stayed in a quiet spot but the room service was non‑existent, so I used the same sheet for a whole week. The bath towels only got changed after four days when I complained, and there was no housekeeping at all.

The place was spotless and had a kitchen with a washing machine; everything was great!

The location is very good, even close to the Marquês de Pombal metro station. The room was very comfortable, and the bathroom and kitchen were all very clean. The only downside was that there was no TV in the room.
The basement was a problem.
