In the bathroom the silicone had rotted and mold was present. The dishes had water stains. The kitchen floor was covered in crumbs. There was no prior information about check‑in and parking; normally a booking would send an email a day before with key pickup and parking instructions. A worker at the first‑floor café helped us find the information.
