“Delightful!”
A charming old converted mill in a very beautiful and peaceful setting. The host was very welcoming, our room was very spacious and we really enjoyed our evening meal out on the terrace. Just 10 mins drive from Amboise where the Chateau d'Amboise is well worth a visit—stunning views! Nothing negative.
“Bijzondere ervaring in schitterende omgeving”
The surroundings and the luxurious room had a magnificent view. What I liked best was the unique place—a former water mill where you hear the water rushing and everything else is peacefully quiet. Breakfast was from 8.30-9.30, and we had to get up early during the holiday.
The place is charming and idyllic, letting you enjoy the region’s tourist attractions while staying far enough from the bustle. The owner is very friendly and I highly recommend the guesthouse table, which is excellent. The garden is stunning and the rooms are very comfortable. Everything was great.
“Voortreffelijk!!!”
It was our second time staying with Pierre and Amandine, which says a lot. Pierre is a perfect host and an interesting conversational partner. Amandine cooks very healthily and well. Highly recommended!
Location, ambiance, environment—peaceful and lovely. Lovely bedroom and outdoor dining area. Very individual and unique. It has been really well renovated, blending the old and the new. All was great.
