The location was convenient, there was plenty of parking, and the beds were comfortable; nothing to complain about.

The renovated room was nice and the facilities were good, but the bathroom needs two bath towel hooks.

The room was clean, the instant coffee was serviceable (which is good since I often find them quite lacking), and the access to Penrith was great because of the hotel’s location; there was not much to complain about, it was a hotel and it did its job.
