The rooms are beautiful and spacious, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is nice but old‑fashioned, the pool is huge and pretty but a bit cold, the garden is lovely and well kept, the restaurants are excellent and the food superb. Everyone on the team is very kind and smiling, and the service at the restaurant Le Saoussane is outstanding; a big thank you to Adile who was exceptional 👌. The check‑in was extremely long – we were a family of six with a baby and waited more than two hours. The plumbing is old and needs repairs, especially the pool tiles that are missing in places.

“A FUIR”

The location was fine, but the hotel itself was outdated. The staff and the food at the poolside restaurant were unacceptable, the pillows were as hard as concrete making it impossible to sleep without neck pain, the outdoor tables were dirty, the pool loungers were filthy and the low tables were broken – it felt like an abandoned hotel. The spa towels on the tables smelled bad, the plumbing was old, and the only bright spot was the animator Pitchoun who tried to bring some energy.
