The room was very nice, with well managed space, and the welcome was kind and helpful. The idea of a common room with a coffee machine and a few bottles of water was very charming. The prices keep rising, but unfortunately they’re in line with everyone else; I hope they can stay stable or lower, otherwise we’ll have to decide if it’s worth going abroad instead of traveling in Italy by car.

The spot is perfect for walking to Pineto’s center and close to the best “rustel” restaurants, plus the top beaches are nearby. The room was brand‑new with fresh furniture, windows, air‑conditioners, and a tidy bathroom. The receptionist, a very kind and professional girl, made everything smooth. Everything was flawless.
