“A home away from home💓”

It felt like a home away from home. The only downside was that it was a bit far from amenities, but that’s fine if you drive.

The host was very attentive, answered questions quickly, and the place felt like home. The only issue was general communication about small details such as where to find the Wi‑Fi password and the geyser on/off switch, but the host helped a lot.

Nothing worked out at the property; I never actually stayed there. The owner told me to cancel, then refused to accept the cancellation even though I couldn’t access the property because security had taken the key. I had to book elsewhere and was promised a refund, but she ignored my calls and messages. It’s unfair to clients when there’s clear evidence for a cancellation yet the property still holds you to the booking and I lost money for three nights I didn’t stay.

“Not satisfied poor”

The rooms were very clean, but we booked a three‑night stay from Friday to Monday. On Saturday night, around 10 strangers arrived without any notice, were sent in by the owner, didn’t greet us, and just sat in the lounge with their girlfriends, blasting music on the speaker at high volume until about 2 am. This was unacceptable and unprofessional. The place wasn’t cleaned that night, the bedding wasn’t changed, and breakfast was missing. I asked the owner to cancel one night because I needed to leave on Sunday; she agreed, then said she couldn’t refund me because bookings wouldn’t give her cash. She can’t send guests to a place that’s already booked by others.

The place was clean, but we had no hot water when we wanted to shower.
