The staff were very friendly and responded instantly to any requests. The rooms look great, but the beds felt too firm for us. The location is fantastic. We stayed in the off‑season, so perhaps there were fewer cleaning staff, and the room and bathroom were sometimes not clean enough. Hair was still in the shower and on the bathroom floor, and dust and crumbs were visible in the room, indicating no vacuum had been used. The toilet was separate from the bath but cramped; a taller person might struggle, and there was no sink. A closed wardrobe would have been nice, but there are only open shelves. The room only had blackout curtains, so you either slept in the dark or on the neighboring guests' display table.

The jacuzzi and the view from it were amazing. Nothing else to note.

The reception was warm, everything was clean—from the room to the hotel, spa, sauna… honestly, everything was perfect.
