The room was clean, that's about it. The pool and water park were closed, and I would not have stayed if I’d known. They failed to inform me at check‑in that the remote for the TV wouldn’t work, so I had to borrow one from the front desk and return it once the TV was functioning. All restroom doors were locked, preventing use. Breakfast was subpar with no protein options. The other hotels I considered were far better; it was not a pleasant stay.

The manager was very helpful, the room was exceptional, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. However, service work in a few rooms was loud, and you could smell exhaust fumes.
