The staff are friendly and really helpful, the breakfast is delicious, the hotel is gorgeous, the pool is larger than we expected, and the rooms are lovely. The location is great, and there is nothing to complain about—this is a wonderful hotel.

Everything is perfect; it’s a haven of peace and tranquility in Mérida, within walking distance of everything and very quiet. I loved the pool, and the staff were amazing, friendly, helpful, and attentive. I highly recommend it, and there is nothing negative.

The accommodation is small but excellent, with very good staff and a great location. The early‑morning staff were very helpful, especially since we had very early starts. The only issue was that the breakfasts were confusing.

The staff were friendly but a bit cold, the breakfast was modest, and every extra is charged. The coffee was very weak, and fresh towels were only available upon request. It’s a very nice hotel, but the little extras could be improved.
