Located in London's heart, the Best Western Plus Delmere Hotel is a 5-minute walk from Paddington Train Station and the Heathrow Express. Oxford Street's shopping district is less than a mile away, and Hyde Park is a 7-minute stroll. The hotel features air-conditioned rooms with rain showers, media streaming, Smart TVs, and touch-controlled lighting, plus free WiFi. The room was clean and the bathroom was nice; when we asked we got an extra blanket. The two‑person bed was small for two adults. The room’s décor was very plain. At night there was a lot of elevator noise. The toilet clogged in the evening (normal use) and it wasn’t fixed that night; we were told to use the hallway toilet instead of being offered a new room. The hair dryer didn’t work properly. It wasn’t worth the price.

The hotel sits within a short walk from Paddington station, yet it’s on a quiet street so night noise is minimal. The room is very tiny but well designed and everything works. There’s also a side room next to the lobby counter where guests can help themselves to coffee and tea, which works well for people like me who only need a cup of coffee and no breakfast. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room is really really small.

The place is great for walking to Paddington station and getting to the airport quickly, but the room for two people is small and the suitcase has to share a twin bed.

The location is fantastic. From Lancaster Gate stop you can get anywhere. Being close to Paddington Station is great, and the subway connections are excellent.

Great service and a warm welcome from everyone. The room was clean, modern, and the location was convenient, just a short walk from Paddington station.
