I was right in the heart of Vitoria and the staff were friendly, but the noise from adjacent rooms felt like they were in the same room.

Everything was fine and they met all our requests—great. The only downside was the bathtub; I’d rather have a shower tray, but it didn’t matter.

The hotel is a short 10‑minute walk from the historic centre, the room was comfortable, clean, and a bit noisy, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. Parking is available in a closed lot for 15 €. The breakfast buffet was limited.
