We loved it! Ravello itself can be tricky to get around, but if you’ve chosen Ravello, Nonna Marianna will delight you. That’s a matter of taste—if you want to be smack in the middle of the action, skip Ravello. It’s a gem for peace and quiet after all those crowded cities.

Nonna was an amazing host, Veronica was a great helper. Breakfast was fantastic—fresh bruschetta and omelette every morning, plus coffee, yoghurt, fruit, bread, cereal, and more. The bathroom was well stocked. The room was spotless and offered a great view of the sea and the town below. Nothing was missing; everything was great. The spot is close to attractions, shops and restaurants in the small town, so we walked everywhere and even hiked down to Minori.

We were extremely disappointed with the breakfast: the photos and reviews promised a different spread, the options were very sparse, no fresh fruit as advertised, and the cold meat and cheese plate had only one or two very thin slices of each. We wish there were more choices and a larger quantity.
