“Excellent,most suitable & convenient for brief pre-cruise stay immediately adjacent to port”

The manager Loris and assistant Ambra were exceptionally warm and friendly, treating us like family in a cozy 5‑bedroom guest‑house B&B on the third floor. Ambra gave a personalized continental breakfast that was delicious. The place is ideal for a short 1‑3 night pre‑cruise stay right next to the port. Loris personally greeted us at the curb, helped with our luggage (about 18 stairs to the small elevator), and Ambra welcomed us with refreshments before showing us to an elegant room—try to snag #1 for the special sea‑view, patio, and modern bathroom. Overall, the cost is well worth the comfort, personal touch, and convenience of the location.

This is my second stay here before a cruise. Both Lorie and Ambra are lovely people, the location is great, the rooms are clean and well‑furnished, and the breakfast is fantastic. I’ll come back the next time I leave from Civitavecchia.
