This charming B&B in the Betuwe, set in an old farmhouse, offered a spacious room and a large garden to relax in; it was incredibly quiet, a car or bike is recommended, the host was very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was generous and tasty.

The large, cozy space had a rustic feel, the shower was nice and the breakfast was good, but at night twice we were woken by loud chatter outside.

The host was very attentive and made us feel at home, breakfast was excellent, the room was quirky yet comfortable, but the stairs to our room were steep, the whole property clearly hadn’t been maintained in years, we saw that it’s no longer marketed because the owners are selling, the website photos show how attractive it once was, and the host’s positive attitude made up for the rundown condition.

The host was wonderful, the room was huge with beautiful furniture, breakfast was spectacular, the kittens were adorable and the dog was very affectionate.
