“Falta de confiança no gerenciamento e equipe do local”

I liked the breakfast, fresh items and variety. The mattress and pillows had no protection, the blanket had a smell after it was removed, and most of all, the items I left in the hotel bathroom were never found; they said everything found is returned (they even mentioned phones and laptops), I asked for camera footage and they didn’t provide it. I don’t recommend it because of the lack of trust; if my new items (hydration mask, shampoo, soap) never appeared, what about electronics? They didn’t resolve anything and that’s how it stayed on their side.

The location and breakfast are great, plus the staff’s courtesy and the shower, which is electric but very good. I was totally disappointed. Given the price and previous reviews, I was very let down. The room had a strong musty smell. The pillows were terrible. They don’t put them on the sheet, which I find extremely unhygienic. The sockets were oddly placed. There were sockets at the head of the bed, but right where the pillows go and they didn’t work, and the others were far from the bed, making it hard to put a alarm clock, for example. The room faced the street, so car and especially motorcycle noise and the school siren made it hard to rest. The worst was that the main lamp stayed on even when turned off, leaving the room very bright even with everything off and curtains closed.

Very good hotel in an excellent location. The staff is very attentive. The price is a bit high.

The staff are friendly. You can hear noise from other rooms.
