The spot is fantastic, but the room I ended up in wasn’t the exact one I had seen and booked online.

The location was convenient, just a short walk to shops, restaurants, the town centre and the train station. The staff were polite and helpful, and my room was clean. However, a few updates would help; the door didn’t feel very secure, and I saw breakfast signs but was told they don’t serve breakfast, which was confusing.

It’s a good deal, but the bath basin lacked a mixer; having separate cold and hot taps isn’t ideal, even though another room might have a mixer.

The front desk team was friendly, my room was cozy and spotless, and parking was free.
