The natural light in the hotel is well utilized. I expected higher quality at dinner and a bit more entertainment during those hours; being in low season doesn’t excuse the lack of attention in a four‑star hotel.

The location, hotel, and food were all correct and clean. The check‑in took a little longer than expected, but that didn't bother us much, and the bed mattress could use an upgrade.

I asked if they could decorate my room with a love theme, and when I opened the door I was amazed at how stunningly they had decorated everything. Everything was perfect, the staff were wonderful, and they honored my request; I have no complaints.
