Breakfast wasn’t great—although it was free, the selection was minimal, unlike other hotels that serve buffets with a better spread. You need a free breakfast buffet to give it a higher rating!

The front desk staff was very nice and helpful, but the cleanliness was disappointing. Multiple hairs were found in the linen on the beds and on the bathroom floor and sink.

Customer service was good, but the room AC was loud and made it hard to fall asleep. Aside from that, the room was nice.

The location was perfect for where we needed to be, though the Uber ride downtown was a longish and somewhat costly trip; the hotel was clean and easy to reach from the freeway, more than adequate for a short stay but not super special. The bed was not the most comfortable for me, which is a matter of personal preference, and the room was not suitable for eating on your own.
