“Noisy, uncomfortable and disappointing customer service.”

The spot was spot on for getting around, but the bed felt too firm for my taste. Traffic and neighbors shouting late into the night made it hard to sleep, and there was no fridge to keep drinks cold. The worst part was the staff: I couldn't locate the property, reached out for help, and got no reply. When I tried again to ask about extending my stay, they only responded after I had already checked out, so it was useless. A real disappointment.

The roilet and shower is amazing. In general i loved the place it was so nice and the location is more than perfect. It is located on a club and the doors are glass doors so its very not sound proof. It wasnt every night that I was bothered, but there was one night that I couldnt sleep untill that party was over (around 00)

The spot was convenient, and having a kitchen was a bonus, but a strange wet‑dog odor lingered and I never figured out why.

The location was spot‑on and the staff were very friendly, but the pool was great and the rooms were superb.
