“Se dovessi ripassare a Nardò ci tornerei volentieri”
When we arrived for our Salento tour, the hosts were incredibly kind and had fresh water, juices, and fruit waiting in the fridge—something we hadn’t anticipated. The ground‑floor apartment had two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom, plus an adjoining outdoor area with a table and armchairs. Breakfast was freshly prepared by the lady of the house and was excellent.

The room was large and fully equipped. The bathroom was roomy and there was outdoor space to hang swimsuits and towels. Parking is right in front of the property and the city center is a 10‑minute walk. The room is cleaned daily. The downside is that the breakfast lounge—though not included in the price but available—is close to the rooms, so if someone talks loudly you can hear it from your room.
We stayed at this place for ten days and were absolutely delighted; the house offered every comfort we could want, the terrace was spectacular, and the owners were always super helpful. It’s well connected to the main beaches of Gallipoli, Torre Lapillo, Punta Prosciutto, and Porto Cesareo, and in just a few minutes by car you reach the main entertainment spots. Even closer are Sant’Isidoro and Santa Maria al Bagno, great for evening visits or a morning swim. For us, this home truly lived up to the name “casa dolce casa.” We’ll definitely return and recommend it to everyone.
