The site itself was amazing—modern, stylish, and sustainably run, with vineyards right outside the quirky room that offered great views. Dining at the Semillon Restaurant was a steal for fine dining, led by accredited head chef Roman, and the staff were all superbly accommodating. The wine was delicious, a fabulous bonus.

The staff were fantastic, the food was amazing, the wine great, all set in a beautiful rural location. Nothing else to add.

The breakfast was excellent, the head waiter was pleasant and professional, and he could discuss wine at a professional level. Unfortunately, the event there could have been better organized; I had to return three times at the entrance just to understand the rules because no explanation was given. The street‑food setup at the event was poorly organized—serving food in plastic bowls felt quite humiliating for such a fine restaurant. A food stall directly at the event would have been better.
