The room itself is roomy, but this place feels like a cost‑cutting exercise: there’s a kettle but no tea bags or coffee, no minibar, and they only provide one toothbrush per person. I asked for a razor and they couldn’t supply one, there’s no safe, and no phone—if you want to call the desk you have to give them your WhatsApp. The breakfast options are limited to just three choices, and coffee isn’t included in the paid breakfast.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! The staff were wonderful and kind, the breakfast surpassed my expectations, and there’s nothing bad to mention. I also enjoyed a warm bath every evening after exploring Busan. I’ll stay here again.

The room’s layout and the in‑room onsen, separate shower, and toilet are great. The only thing to keep in mind is that the breakfast is entirely Korean with very little variety—just three types.

The room was gorgeous and had excellent amenities. The tub and shower were superb, room service and staff were lovely, and check‑in was smooth. The location is beautiful and easy to get around from. The bed was a bit uncomfortable, and a sensor light kept turning on and waking us up. The room‑service screen next to the bed is always on and can’t be turned off, so the light stays on all night. The breakfast was tasty but the same dish every day—some variation would be nice.
