The spot is great, but the photos in other reviews didn't mention how cramped the room feels—climate‑sensitive folks might find it a bit claustrophobic.

The location is good and the staff are friendly, but the outside noise is loud, the room is dusty (causing allergies 🤧), the shower and bathtub have low water pressure, and the room is dim.

Right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, everything is within walking distance. Breakfast was ample and generous for our group, the staff were helpful and courteous, and I’d definitely recommend it and plan to return.
