I was blown away by how spacious and beautiful the room and bathroom were, and the attention to detail—from decor to food to service—was amazing. The hotel felt cozy and warm, and it ranks among the best I've stayed in, even compared to places like St Regis and Danielli in Venice and worldwide. Though smaller, the luxurious feel was unmistakable, but a few staff members, including the senior concierge, could have been a bit warmer.

The location is perfect, with gondolas just outside and gondoliers sipping coffee at the bar. The rooms are nice, though the reception could use a bit more updating.
