Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the host was exceptionally nice. We especially enjoyed the hearty breakfast with many homemade treats. The separate bathroom was known to us beforehand and didn't bother us, but it did have a slightly musty and unpleasant smell.

We really liked the room; the bedding was very clean and the breakfast was delicious. Mariella is a very kind host, and the location is close to the central train station with many bars and restaurants within a short walk. Nothing else to add.

Breakfast is definitely one of the highlights! Almost everything is homemade: the sweet side with cakes, jams, iris, biscuits, ricotta cream doughnuts, and the savory side with sfincione, apple caponata (a must-try), orange salad… and if it’s not homemade, it’s zero‑kilometer! The beds are super comfy, the whole place is spotless, and the location is very convenient for visiting Palermo’s center and is also very close to the central station. Another strong point, especially when you play with the breakfast, is the exquisite kindness of the host! Mariella is a powerhouse: a true force of nature who loves her land and shares that love with you. It definitely deserves the highest score available!

The location is great and the host is very warm. She even brought us breakfast to the room because we were leaving early in the morning. The room is very spacious with high ceilings and comfortable.

A very nice property just a few minutes’ walk from Palermo’s station, with a very large and clean room. We really appreciated the host’s friendliness and availability, who also helped us find a great cake in the room because we couldn’t use the breakfast due to our departure time (around 5 am). Additionally, the ability to check in independently at any time proved essential for our needs. Unfortunately, the location, while a plus for being close to the station and on one of Palermo’s main streets, means the area isn’t very pleasant at night; however, moving a few hundred meters puts you in the more popular parts of Palermo, so it’s a negligible drawback.
