When I asked for extra cleaning in my bathroom the staff responded quickly, and the hotel stays fairly quiet even though it’s close to 80/90. The spot is convenient, just a short walk from 475, Uptown Maumee, and Reynolds Rd. The building shows its age: the toilet took several flushes to clear, the bed frame creaked, and the shower needed a good scrub.

The room was super comfy and the pool area was right next to the building with a nice temperature, plus the staff were friendly and greeted us every time we walked in. The water pressure in the shower was a bit weak, but since we were on the 5th floor that made sense.

The lobby and outside area were clean, though the overall appearance could have been better.

Getting there was easy, the rooms were spacious and mostly tidy, and the breakfast waitress Bonnie was helpful, chatty, and friendly—every staff member was nice. The room could have used a carpet clean and a sink stopper, but otherwise it was great.

The location was fantastic, the hotel was clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable.
