Great spot with a view of the Sienese river, about 10 minutes from the parking under the cathedral. The surroundings are very nice and the rooms are clean and decorated in a Tuscan style. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful and served an excellent breakfast. We’ll definitely return.

A typical Tuscan agrotourism villa with a pool, very pleasant, almost movie‑like. The building (partly from the 12th century, as the owner said) is divided into several apartments with separate entrances, clean, equipped with basic amenities and kitchenettes, parking, and plenty of space among olive trees where you can relax. The owners are very kind and open, breakfasts are more Italian than Polish (pieces of pizza, small sandwiches, eggs, mostly sweet, so no sausages or scrambled eggs, but that’s fine for us). A great base for exploring Tuscany.

The place was quiet, peaceful, with a beautiful view, a pool, and a charming setting. The bedroom lighting could have been a bit brighter.

Unfortunately, our experience was affected by an issue during the second night. A large number of ants appeared in one of the rooms, including in the bed and on the sofa, making the entire room unusable. We informed the owner the following morning, as we did not want to disturb her late at night. We thought it was completely reasonable to mention the problem the next morning and expected it to be handled professionally. Instead, she asked why we had not contacted her at 11 PM and even interpreted our complaint as a threat, which we found very inappropriate and upsetting. Apart from this incident, the property itself is in a beautiful countryside setting. However, the way this issue was handled unfortunately affected our overall experience
